Congrats Aunt Kim!!!

Aunt Kim graduated from Valdosta State University on Dec. 10th!  So we tried to surprise her and just show up, but I have a big mouth and let it slip.  But we still had a fantastic time!  Laken, Addy, and I met Uncle Mitchell and Aunt Elaine at their house and we rode with them.  We had a great trip over there and Addy did great on the 7 hour trip (except for the last 30 minutes).  We met them at Cheddars in Valdosta and Addy just played and played with Aunt Kim and Uncle Chris.  Aunt Kim tried to feed her but I think more ended up on her and the table than in Addy's mouth. Ha ha.  And Addy got so mad at Kim for trying to make her eat the carrots that Addy threw her pap pap under the table so that Kim would get it.  When she went to grab it Addy took Kim's water and dumped it on her head... ha ha ha ha... So thats not exactly how it happened but you get the drift.  That was Friday night.

Saturday was graduation day, so we all got ready and went to the graduation!!! Aunt Kim has worked really hard to finish this degree and we are so proud of her!! She worked really hard to accomplish this goal and even though there were quite a few obstacles in the last few months she finished with a big smile on her face!
We love you Aunt Kim and are so glad you are finished!!!

After the graduation we all piled up and went for a lunch/supper at Texas Road House.  There Addy had another episode with a drink.  They waitress refilling our drinks thought it would be a good idea to sit her extra pitcher on the table, IN FRONT OF ADDY.  So her little curious hands grabbed and thanks to Aunt Elaine's quick hands stopped the tea from going all over Addybugs head!  We got a few drops in her hair, but it was almost a disaster... Needless to say nothing else was sat in front of her that night.  ha ha..  I love little stories like these and hope Addy enjoys reading them when she gets older!

Saturday night we didn't do alot just went shopping a little and then went to get yogurt!

Sunday we had to leave :( and of course I boo
hooed!!!

We hated to leave those two, but we know they will be home for Christmas!!  Love you guys see you soon!

Addy had a small photo shoot while we were in Valdosta!!

6 months!

And we are officially 6 months old as of December 4th!  We have had a great month! Unfortunately it consists of ear aches and doctors visits, but the good far out weighed the bad this month! Even if she was sick.  She never complained.  She has run fever a good bit this month, and I thought it was from teething, but we still don't have  a tooth!  We had a great six month check up and seem to be growing just fine.  We weigh around 16.6lbs. (I can't remember exactly) :(

We are still trying to crawl right now.  And when I mentioned this to Dr. S he didn't quite believe me.  He said it was still a little early for that. :)

We were doing really good on baby food until we got sick.  And since then we turn our head and close our lips! She could careless and is going to take a bottle forever.  Luckily our cousin Saylor is doing the same thing so mom has moral support from Amanda!!! :)

My baby girl is growing so fast.  I can't believe its already been half a year!!! Please time fairy make the clock slow down... I love every minute of being a mom and even though at times I seem to loose my mind (like the other day I got out of my car without putting it in park) I wouldn't trade one minute.  I never thought I would get this much enjoyment out of one little person.  When she grins I just feel my heart smiling with her.

So Addybug when you grow up and read this blog one day.  I hope you know how much you are loved and cared for.  Not just from me and your daddy but everyone!

I love this picture!  This is how much of a big personality she is developing!

Our First Thanksgiving

We had our first Thanksgiving this year... And boy was it busy as usual!

We had it early with Josh's family becuase Josh's brother works in Pennsylvania and would be gone the day of Thanksgiving.

But Thanksgiving day was still full of lots of food and family!
We had a great time at Grandmothers for lunch and even though there was a smaller group there than normal it was still awesome!  Addyson still didnt feel good though so she was rather clingy.  This was the first time that she ever cried for me when I walked by her and as hard as it is stopping and picking her up I must admit it just makes my heart smile knowing she wants and depends on me.

After we left there we went to Nana and Papa's house for a little while and ate some more.  I think I along with everyone else gained a ton of weight!

I love my family so much and enjoy all the time we get to spend with them! I hope Addy enjoys it as much as I always have!  Without our family I don't know where we would be!

I may be a little prejudice, but I think we have the cutest little turkey ever!!

While Nana was trying to decorate her tree Addy decided she didn't like where the ribbon was so she just pulled it off!  I think my tree is in trouble!

"Goy Goy Goy"

Addy has started a noise that she makes with her pap pap.  When you put it in her mouth (and she is in a good mood) she says goy goy goy.. I need to get it on video because it is the cutest thing ever!!

We have had a lot going on the past litte bit.  I will update about Thanksgiving, Our trip to Georgia, Our six month check up, and our first ear ache :(.

Lets start with our first ear ache... It was awful!!! Addy had been pulling at her ear for a while but had no other symptons other than an awful cough (fever nor crying).  But because she had been pulling it for so long we decided to take her in and because of her cough. And of course her left ear was awful! The doctor got so much yucky stuff out of her ear I had to ask if I had cotton a q-tip stuck in there.  And let me tell you, she was not happy at all with the doctor.  She screemed so loud I was almost in tears and had to ask the doctor to wati just a second because I couldn't hear her over the screaming! She was pitiful!  I dropped her blanket while we were leaving the doctors office and didn't realize it until we got to the truck.  So I went back in to get the blanket and she started screaming again... Poor baby didn't want to go back in there.
