One Year Check Up
Addy and I went in today for her one year check up!!
She seems to be doing good, besides the fact she has had a cold now for a solid month and we threw up all in the car right before the doctors appointment. :(
The poor baby has thrown up 3 times now in the past few days. And its always in the car!! We aren't sure if its motion sickness or a virus. Hopefully it will work itself out in the next day or so!!
She got 3 shots today and her poor little finger was pricked. Poor baby screamed for a solid 10 minutes.
Other than those minor problems her check up went really well.
She is 30 3/4 inches tall (84%) 19.8 lbs (47%) and our little head is 17 1/2 in. (17%).
Dr. S. was very pleased with Addy's development.

Eleven months... Really?
Wow has this been a grand month!! Addyson started daycare two weeks ago. She goes on Wednesday and Thursday for now. She can high five, climb, and most importantly WALK!! Yay. Finally. She started this past weekend and improved a little everyday until Sunday. That was the end of our crawling stage. She has been a little fussy lately, and now that she is walking her whole demeanor has changed. She is much happier now than she has been the past couple weeks. :)
Another favorite thing of mine that addy does is she likes to sit any where she can't reach so she can kick her legs. Steps are her favorite. And if we are holding her josh has spoiled her into sitting forward so she can swing her legs like that. Another favorite of hers is being outside. When I pick her up from aunt Barbara's every after noon they are outside. And when we get home if I try to bring her in she screams.
The past month brought the end if tax season and we have been on the go ever since. We took a trip to the new Orleans zoo. Josh, addy, laken, and I went and we had a blast!
The next week we went to ship island. This was the first time addy really got to enjoy a beach. And she LOVED it! We got in the water and i was trying to hold her on my hip and she did not like that at all. She wanted to be in the water with the waves crashing on her. She had the biggest smile the whole time. She had so much fun out there that she passed out right before we left and slept until we got to pops and Grammys.

8 & 9 Months (Just a little Late)
We have had a couple of very tiring months! Tax season has been pretty hard this year! I miss my baby girl more and more with every late night and weekend. But in the last two months we have a had a blast watching Addyson grow. She has grown a ton! We have 6 teeth in total. She can stand on her own and walk all the way around any piece of furniture. She just hasn't turned loose yet. She sits on her knees and plays on the floor with her toys. Her favorite new toy is her dragon from Pops and Grammy. She babbles da da da da all the time. And still says "goy goy goy" when she is sleeping. She also pinches still while going to sleep. We have started the kissing noise and will sometimes say it when asked. She becomes more and more adorable by each passing day!
Addyson's nine month check up went really well! She weighed 18 lbs and 4 ozs which is in the 45%, her head was in the 40% and her height is in the 85%.

| This is my favorite story!!! I have been begging Josh to clean out his shorts and tshirts, so I guess she got tired of me asking and cleaned out his shorts by herself. Ha ha. |

| We went to church in Collins to listen to Nana sing. Nana did a great job, but Addy didn't' get to hear her because she has started screaming and doesn't sit still in church anymore. :( |
