Christmas 2013 Part 2

We started a couple of new traditions this year with our little blessing!  And they were so much fun!!!

 

For the reindeer we have to put our reindeer food, carrots, and water….

We set all the food out, and the next morning we saw where the reindeer ate their food, carrots, and they had turned the water red when their nose touched it!!  She loved it!! Such a fun tradition we will continue in the years to come!

 

We left Santa his cookies and milk… AND… our Elf was leaving for the year (thank goodness.. our elf wasn’t very good this year. ha)  You can see how excited she was. She was done for the night and ready for bed.

 

Santa came and brought a bicycle, art easel, and trampoline!!  Along with a ton of clothes and other toys.  She had a blast Christmas morning!!!  Nana, Papa, and Aiken came to see her open Santa gifts Christmas morning.

 

We finished the afternoon off at Grandmother’s for lunch.. and Josh’s family that afternoon.  As I’ve said before we are beyond blessed with the amount of family we have.  They are all amazing and we love them more and more each year.  Jesus is so good to us and we hope to teach Addy the importance of Christmas each year!

Christmas 2013

This Christmas was the most fun so far!!!  We started Christmas Eve off at Nana’s house… Where we were all blessed with way more than we deserve!! We have an amazing family and I enjoy them all so much!!  They all adore Addy just as much as I do and I am so thankful for the special bond we all share!

Sweet Ally had knee surgery just a couple days before Christmas… Love this little family.

Memphis

Back in October we took a weekend getaway trip to Memphis with some of our favorite people!!!  We had a blast seeing sites we had never seen!!  We went to Graceland and enjoyed a day with Elvis!!!  We went to eat at Memphis BBQ and it was great!!!  We also took Addy to see the ducks at the Peabody hotel in downtown Memphis (adorable!!!!)  But I think my favorite part of the trip was the view of the Mississippi River!! It was amazing!!!
 

This was Chris and Kim’s last trip before our sweet baby Avery arrives!!! Isn’t she adorable!!



This pink car caused a melt down in the middle of the museum… Addy was bound and determined she was going to ride in the car!

Halloween 2013

My favorite little girl was a strawberry this year for halloween!! I know I repeat myself ALOT… but in my opinion… she was the cutest little strawberry ever!!!



This year she and I went to JCJC and met up with Travis, Stacey, and our favorite Landon!!.. We left there and went to church.. finally we went up and down our road!!  She got way to much candy.. but she loved to say Trick or Treat…  And she wasn’t very good at sharing her candy with Mom and Dad.  (We are working on that!)
